PALATINOSE Usage And Synthesis

Uses	Palatinose Hydrate is a natural occurring disaccharide composed of α-1,6-linked glucose and fructose and can be used as an alternative sugar. Because it is absorbed more slowly than sucrose it can be used as a sweetener for diabetic patients.
