UsesHexamethylcyclotrisiloxane is used in the preparation of graft polymers and block polymers. It is also a useful biochemical for proteomics research and also acts as an intermediate in organic reactions.
UsesHexamethylcyclotrisiloxane, is the simplest member of a series of cyclic oligodimethylsiloxanes, primarily used as synthetic equivalents for the reactive interme- diate dimethylsilanone. It is one of the main raw materials for silicone products. It is widely used in aviation, military industry, medicine and petrochemicals etc.
