| Description | TBTA was introduced shortly after the copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction was discovered to mitigate thermodynamic instability of Cu(I) in aerobic media. TBTA is a water-insoluble ligand and must be first dissolved in DMSO or DMF.
