UsesN-(Triethoxysilylpropyl)urea can be used as the silicon source with potassium hydrogen phthalate serving as the doping agent in the preparation of water-soluble SiNPs on the basis of one-step hydrothermal strategy.
ApplicationN-(Triethoxysilylpropyl)urea is suitable for epoxy resin, phenolic resin, urea-formaldehyde resin, polyurethane, polyamide, melamine, polyvinyl butyral and other adhesives. It can be used as adhesion promoter, surface modifier, cross-linking agent and dispersant, mainly used to improve the binding force, compatibility and resin coating of inorganic mineral powder materials and fibers to high molecular polymers (resins) Adhesion to inorganic substrates and water resistance.
N-(Triethoxysilylpropyl)urea is applicable in the industries including the modification of engineering rubber and plastic materials, paints, coatings, inks, casting resins, adhesives, sealants, glass fibers, abrasives and other industries.
