Clorprenaline hydrochloride Usage And Synthesis
OutlineClorprenaline hydrochloride, chemically named as α-[[(1-methylethyl) amino] methyl]-2-chloro-benzyl alcohol hydrochloride,it is a kind of β-adrenergic receptor agonists. It is commonly used for the treatment of bronchial asthma, bronchitis and other respiratory diseases in clinical. When it is used as a feed additive for feeding animals ,it has an nutrition redistributive effect , it can significantly accelerate the growth rate of animals, and increase ketone lean meat rate and reduce fat percentage,it is the common form of "clenbuterol" alternatives.

Medicine interactions 1.When the drug is used in combination with catecholamines such as epinephrine and isoproterenol,it can cause arrhythmias, heart rate increase , so it should be avoided using with these drugs .
2.This product has the effect of inhibiting skin reaction caused by allergies, so when evaluating skin test reaction, the impact of the drug on the reaction should be taken into account .
3.When it is used with other β2 receptor agonists expanding bronchial ,there are additive effects , but also adverse reactions are increased .
4. It should be used avoiding using with monoamine oxidase inhibitors and tricyclic antidepressants simultaneously.
5. When it is used with theophylline and anticholinergics drugs ,its expansion bronchial and asthma remission effects are enhanced.
